A. Founder Identity & Contact Data

When you create an account, log in via OTP, request a strategy session, or submit an intake brief, we collect your full name, email address, WhatsApp/mobile number, company/startup name, and job title.

B. Venture & Project Questionnaire Data

During the onboarding and idea validation workflows, you provide project descriptions, problem statements, target market assumptions, customer persona details, and pitch decks. All venture intellectual property remains 100% owned by the founder and is treated with strict confidentiality.

C. Transaction & Billing Information (Razorpay)

When making payments on our website, transactions are securely processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, an RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment aggregator. We never store, log, or have access to your full credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or NetBanking passwords on our servers. Razorpay provides us only with transaction identifiers, payment status, and customer contact data for receipt generation.

D. Technical & Session Data

We automatically log IP addresses, browser types, session cookies, and interaction timestamps solely for system security, fraud prevention, and session maintenance across your client portal.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To conduct research, market sizing, and build your customized Idea Validation Scorecard & Sprint deliverables.
• To authenticate your identity and secure access to your Founder Portal dashboard.
• To issue GST-compliant invoices, order confirmations, and delivery receipts.
• To notify you via email/SMS when sprint deliverables and reports are completed.
• To provide responsive customer support and resolve technical inquiries.
• To comply with statutory legal and regulatory obligations in India.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors

We adhere to a strict policy: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or venture data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Data is shared only with trusted infrastructural partners under strict non-disclosure and security agreements:

• Payment Aggregators: Razorpay (for secure digital payment processing).
• Authentication & Cloud Infrastructure: Firebase / Google Cloud (for SMS 2FA authentication and encrypted cloud hosting).
• Transactional Email Services: Secure SMTP gateways (for order receipts and delivery notifications).
• Law Enforcement: Only when mandated by a valid judicial court order or government authority under applicable Indian laws.

We employ multi-layered industry standard technical safeguards including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, strict role-based access control (RBAC), and continuous monitoring to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
