1. Nature of Services

Praviro provides specialized digital venture engineering, pre-seed startup idea validation, technical architecture blueprints, codebase audits, and rapid MVP prototyping sprints. All services, reports, scorecards, and deliverables are provided in digital electronic format through our secure client portal and registered email.

2. User Accounts & Client Portal Access

To access deliverables and submit sprint questionnaires, you must register or log in using an authenticated mobile number and OTP. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session credentials and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Pricing, Billing & Payment Gateway Terms

• Currency & Taxes: All pricing displayed on the website is denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise, and is inclusive/exclusive of applicable GST as indicated at checkout.
• Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed via Razorpay Software Private Limited. By proceeding with a payment, you agree to comply with Razorpay’s applicable user agreements and banking policies.
• Receipts: Upon successful transaction verification, a digital invoice and order confirmation will be issued electronically.

4. Intellectual Property & Venture Ownership

Praviro retains rights only to our proprietary pre-existing foundational frameworks, algorithms, internal audit templates, and platform infrastructure.

5. Client Responsibilities & Accurate Submissions

The accuracy and depth of the Praviro Idea Validation Scorecard and MVP sprint depend upon the information submitted in your intake questionnaire. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and lawful information and warrant that your concept does not violate any third-party copyrights, patents, or statutory regulations.

6. Delivery Timelines & Milestones

Estimated turnaround times (e.g. 48–72 hours for Idea Validation; 2–3 weeks for MVP Sprints) begin only after complete receipt of all required intake brief questionnaire fields and successful payment clearance. Specific delivery conditions are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policies for customized digital advisory and sprint deliverables are clearly set forth in our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

8. Limitation of Liability & Investment Disclaimer

While our Viability Scorecards and Market Reports are conducted with rigorous analytical standards by experienced software architects, Praviro deliverables do not constitute regulated financial, legal, or investment advice. QwintSoft LLP shall not be liable for commercial business outcomes, third-party investor decisions, or venture market performance.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or proceeding arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
